Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase and ask for a full refund. You are never asked to give up that right, and it does not depend on anything going wrong with the service. Your statutory rights are preserved in full.

Asking for a refund

Send the request below, or email leonardonorouzi@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Opening your email program does not send, record or acknowledge anything by itself, and no confirmation is shown until a request has actually been recorded. Requests are read and handled by a person; nothing is refunded automatically. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and lifetime access ends when the refund is processed. Reversed or disputed payments also end access.
